    Translink U-Pass
MBNA Platinum Plus Smart Cash (Main card)
BMO Mosaik SPC Mastercard (Retired, now a secondary card)
American Express Airmiles Credit Card (Retired, now a back up card)
Bank of Montreal Debit Card - only used at the bank unless the place doesn't accept credit cards and I don't have any cash on me
    Airmiles Collector Card

Tons of other cards like shoppers optimum, hbc, scene, mec, but I only care those around when needed.

I wonder if the cards people carry can reliably predict their interests/lifestyle.

oh boy I carry so much crap in my wallet...

    - July bus pas
    - lots of random business cards I've gotten from people and I just shove them in my wallet
    - driver's license, TD bank card, Go card, SPC card, Sephora BI card, random gift and store cards
    - cash and way too much change (it fills a giant handful)
    - old random tickets (movie, school events, etc)
    - birth certificate (oops forgot it's in here) and temporary driver's license (totally don't need that anymore)
    - lots of old receipts
    - those Chinese "good luck" things

I'm just going to stop there.. there's a lot more miscellaneous junk =S
prolly an indicator I should clean out my wallet now.

I used to do that too... tons of old useless receipts, used up gift cards. I switched to a more minimalist approach (wallet is technically a card holder), though I admit all that other stuff ends up in my jacket and pants pockets anyway. It gives the illusion that I'm organized though.

I think so for your question, I mean lol...why would we have that gift card if we don't think we'll be using it. And let's say it was a gift so why would our friend give it to us if they didn't think we'd like it.

Any ways, lol I do that but I just cleaned my wallet...and putting coins in mine is a hassle. -.-"
And I switch bags everyday and every hour depending on what I'm doing so that's why my wallet is stuffed with things. I.e. when I bike I take my wallet out then throw it into my crossbody shoulder bag. Or if I'm out then I throw it into a nicer bag...and etc.

Cash, credit cards and id. Try to keep the wallet lightweight.
