Im looking to buy a preowned vehicle that has around 100km in mileage (preferably less) and that has a v6 engine. Price under 9000. Any tips/ suggestions? :)

    I would:
    1. Ask for service and maintenance records
    2. Do a free preliminary VIN check to screne out obvious duds. See threads #1, #2.
    3a. ICBC Vehicles Claims History Report ($20) - http://www.icbc.com/registration-licensing/buy-vehicle/buy-used/vehicle-history
3b. CarProof includes more information including a lien search which is important ($69.99) - https://www.carproof.com/
3c. CarFax is an alternative to CarProof but it doesn't include as much information but it's cheaper. I hear it's better for US cars. - http://www.carfax.com
    4. Get a BCAA Vehicle Inspection Report, they are supposed to be very comprehensive - http://www.bcaa.com/car-care/vehicle-inspection-service
