My Share holders come first and we are not a charity organization. We do not need people dying in our stores, it is bad for business. Die across the street. That way the crowd you attract may come in for a coffee and a doughnut. Sorry but business is business.

According to TH, the customer did not specify why he needed to use the phone.

Obviously the customer did say he or she needed to call 911, but he or she should have asked someone to call 911 instead of asking to use their phone.
