Nope, but I heard opposite. According to Darren MacDonald, Manager of Gaming Operations at Hastings Racecourse: "Unfortunately the BC GOLD card will not be accepted for admission this year. It was widely abused last year by people that didn't come to our casino so we have discontinued the program."

You can use the HPI card though, I linked it in the other thread.

 

BC Gold Cards don't work this year

I tried the BC Gold Card on the first day and they told me it just wasn't happening.
