Repost from a few pages back:

Do make an effort when posting. 2 posts is not an unreasonable feat. "Post for code" and jibberish type replies are not tolerated and will be deleted.

If it comes to it, the post limit will be set higher AND your first forum post will have to be manually approved. This slows down how quickly you can get the discount, so post genuinely and don't ruin it for everybody.

Also, before asking your question, read through the topic.
