What should I wear to work this winter? Help?

    I'm a student fresh out of college, 22 years old, female, trying to land my first and entry level job. I am shopping online for things to wear and I am wondering about what I should wear to work in the winter and if my AC is on blast in my office.?

    I haven't landed a job yet, but I want to work in an office and wear a black suit like this:?

    I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
