There are a lot of things I could have done to make it better, but it was a lazy meal with leftovers lool.

    Normally I would:
    1. Sweat some cut up bacon (smoked bacon is win here)
    2. Caramelize some diced onions
    3. Add in some sliced mushrooms
    4. Deglaze with white wine
    5. Add in cream, parmesan & seasoning

Had some left over pulled pork and for some reason, a segment of a tortilla lololol:

What kind of white wine do you use?
I've been cooking with white wine for chicken breast but something's missing so it turns out bland. Then I start adding soy sauce which makes it taste ok but it ruins the white wine. no understand it.

Picked up some Qualicum Bay Scallops (they're huge!). The spinach didn't go well with the other items at all, but I couldn't think of another vegetable to use.

I got my work schedule mixed up and got a reminder that I started 20 minutes ago after I just finished my apple cinnamon cheerios. Don't hate for a weak breakfast! I <3 them!
I didn't have time to pack a real lunch so I grabbed a banana, orange, granola bars, and hit the road. The main course for lunner (I work late shifts)... Subway turkey spicy melt and blueberry muffin! Tres classy!

I got home and satisfied myself with some leftover chicken pot pie :) yay another day tomorrow!

Protip: Order the Domino's Large ExtravaganZZa, then customize the toppings rather than building your own pizza from scratch. You save several dollars this way.

This was my order: Pizza Sauce, Cheese, No Pepperoni, Brooklyn Pepperoni, Sausage, Beef, Ham, Bacon, Chicken*, Philly Steak*, No Black Olives, No Green Pepper, Mushroom, No Onion, Tomatoes

Came to $13.16 after tax due to 50% student discount :D.

Got a McBistro (Grilled BLT) with the 50% off coupon I had. Surprisingly good.
