Feds Taking The Easy Way Out....?

So instead of figuring out why women in Canada are not choosing to reproduce ie. poverty, day care costs, instability in the workforce, poor health, are the Feds choosing the easier way to raise population here by choosing immigration instead of fixing the reasons why the birth rate is low here?

And why is population growth always the go to action to improve the economy ie. more consumers....?

Is it time to re-examine old world ideas about population growth as a means to generate economic growth?
