    ... in this case a lawyer illegally misfiled a civil lawsuit against walmart in someone's name without the person's knowledge or consent. story HERE ...

    ... walmart automatically wins this lawsuit by default due to the unlawful misfiling of the petition ...

    ... this has happened to me as well. i was shocked to discover that someone filed a lawsuit at the new westminster registry of the bc supreme court that named me as suing a person ...
