What is with the New Westminster Quay these days?

    It appears that the entire upstairs part of this place has completely become a clown college. Literally!

    What do you mean? I was there a few weeks ago for a conference at the hotel. Looks a lot different from what I remember. Lots of stores and restaurants popping up. There's even a huge Donald's Market.

    I was just in there today and the whole upstairs has been turned into a circus school.
