What are your go to easy recipes?

What are your recipes for when you can't be bothered / haven't got much shopping in / haven't got much time?

I recently cooked some rice, stirred in a tin of mackerels in tomato sauce and chucked some pumpkin seeds in, because that's what I had in the cupboard.

I know that doesn't sound so great but I thought it would at least be edible, turns out I really liked it and have had it (or similar variations) a few times since.

Got any similar recipes (if you can call that a recipe...)? Either your own concoctions or from a recipe online or in a book (remember to give credit where it's due).

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
