    Tweet your fare checks using#FareCheck or @FareCheck.

    Apparently, Transit Police don't like it. One reason being that fare checks help catch numerous potentially dangerous criminals with open warrants so they don't want the locations to be publicized.

    Having worked in a hospital where the Transit Police brought us mentally unwell individuals every day, it makes sense. Many more probably go directly to jail or forensics.

    $173 fine if caught without a proper fare...
