The Power of 'Personality Conflict'

Would you want a surgeon working on you if you seriously disliked the guy? If there were 'bad vibes' btwn you and a dentist, would you want her to work on your mouth?

We're taught in this politically correct society that 'professionalism' always trumps personality.

but that is a fiction. There are some people that you don't get along with, that you have a bad feeling about or that you openly dislike so why would you want them to have interaction with you?

Qualifications are not enough! Even rave reviews are not enough if you get a bad feeling. It's not a matter of 'putting personalities aside' , it's not a matter of 'maturity', 'mature people would be able to put aside personality conflict." this is b.s.
