Discussion tenants insurance w/expensive mountain bikes

Does anyone know of tenants insurance that covers more than $1000 per bike? We have 3 bikes that are worth $10,000-$12,000 and are having a difficult time finding a decent insurance policy that will cover them in the event of theft. One company will add on a rider for between 4% and 5% per $100 value of the bike above $1000. I know that sounds confusing. So, for a $5,000 bike we'd have to pay an additional $160 to $200 over and above the $350 to $400 for the base insurance. And that's just for one of the bikes!

If you know of a decent insurance company with reasonable rates to cover bikes please let me know. Thanks.
