    Looks like this is to compete with Shaw's $29 promotion.

    Just be aware that you may only get 1Hd, or 2HD, 3 HD streams.

    This means eg. for 2HD, if you are watching 2 HD channels, you can NOT record a 3rd HD channel
    so "Recording up to 3 shows simultaneously" does not mean you can be watching also.

    You have to call into their retentions line (ie: threaten to cancel) and say that you received a better offer from Shaw and they will probably match it to keep you as a customer. Alternatively, if you are a post-secondary student you can sign up for their student deal but that also requires calling into retentions.
