Other Sears refundable warranty?

Hello Guys,

Has anyone ran into this before by a csr? Sears offering a $180 three year extended warranty on a TV and saying that if you don't use the warranty at any point during the three years, they'll refund the whole warranty after three years?

Just wondering if this is legit because I haven't seen any info on this anywhere.
