My family used to buy bags of scissor buns from Safeway for Christmas and Thanksgiving. They came partially baked but you put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes before dinner to make them warm, brown and crispy on the outside. I think the bag was partially dark pink.

Safeway hasn't sold these for years but I'm wondering if anywhere else does. Is this something bakeries sell? I miss them dearly. Does anybody know where I can get scissor buns? Any advice would be amazing. Thank you!

I vaguely remember these. Haven't seen them for a long time.

This week's Save-On-Foods flyer has something called Scissor Rolls on sale, 2 for $5. Is this what you're looking for?
