    Hi all,

I have been considering a 1 or 2 bedroom presale apartment in Burnaby for sometime now but I'm a little bit hesitant because my husband and I would like to start a family in the next few years. I grew up sharing rooms with my siblings but my husband seems to think that a condo is way too small to raise kids in. Has anyone done this before? What was your experience?

    Thank you!
    Emma :p

Do not go for a 1 bedroom. 2 bedroom would be the absolute minimum and even then you are making a lot of sacrifices. New condos are super small. With the square footage of what they call a "bedroom", you wouldn't even be able to fit a crib along with a queen sized bed in most master bedrooms.
