I see the old man in the cap every afternoon sitting on the bench for the 25 UBC bus. When the bus arrives, he'll just sit there shouting "open door maria maria hey-hey bus hey-hey open door". I've never seen him get on the bus. What's his story?

.... is this an official solicitation from a government authority? is he considered missing? wanted by law enforcement? does somebody want to serve legal documents on him?

... if you are in his proximity every day, why don't you ask him yourself?

... why do you want us to identify this individual, milquetoast?

Maybe he's waiting for a particular bus?

Maybe he lives across the street, and this is his fresh air time...

There used to be an older woman along Steveston Hwy who would just stand in one spot for hours....

Sometimes the police would stop and see whats what...

Then someone gave her a book of bus tickets and she started riding the #403...

Haven't seen her now in like a year....

Sometimes he gets up from his bench when the 25 UBC bus comes. He'll walk on and hand a Metro or 24 newspaper to the driver and then step off.

    He's entertaining to listen to:
    No funny, no penny!
The bus coming. The bus come for you hey-hey!

Open door. Hey you, open door hey hey!
When the bus come? Hey hey
When the bus come? Hey you

    No bus for you ha-ha!
    Hello Henri hello Maria!
No bus for you no bus for you hey hey!
