Canadian, I use to live in Whistler and Winnipeg long ago before moving down to Silicon Valley.

    Income $84k US

Anyone recommend any neighbourhoods for single people to buy a condo? Or should I buy a home in the suburbs like S.Delta/WhiteRock/Langley/PitMeadows and then hook-up? How's the dating scene these days? Do asian chicks date non-asian guys?

The farther you live from downtown Vancouver, the less expensive it is, but the longer and more expensive the commute.

I can't help you about the dating scene as I've been off the market for some time now.
