Local Late Night / 24 Hour Restaurants in Metro Vancouver

Finding places to eat late at night is hard in Vancouver, there used to be more restaurants and cafes around that catered to night owls but many of them are now closed and out of business. With that said... what places do you know that are open late?

Eastside Lucy's Diner just opened up from the same owner as THE WHIP. It looks like an old 50´s diner and is open 24 hrs. Gonna be a cool joint...check it out.

 

Lots of buzz (albeit not all of it positive) about this place in Vancouver's food communities, may have to check it out.

New 24 hours pho place called Truong Thanh across from McDs on Victoria/Kingsway. Very decent.

For late night Chinese, Nancy's Wonton House on Victoria used to be great but its replacement Sandy-La is lackluster in both food and service. Still open till 2 am though. I miss the deep fried intestines at Nancy's.

Recently found out about James on Hastings (open till 2am) which sounds like it might fill the void.

 

Don't know the name, but there are couple pho restaurants on kingsway other than pho hoa open 24hours.

 

Most popular one is Truong Thanh. Not bad for a 24 hour place! New owners turned it into a 24/7 joint but kept the name. They no longer have a bánh cuốn maker .

I noticed there was a new Gold Train Express west of Victoria Dr. on Kingsway but I've never seen it open despite signs saying 24/7. Today I noticed they had a new awning up with another restaurant name, but Golden Train is still on the windows. Weird.
