    On sale at Home Hardware for $17.97. The alarm seemed pretty loud when I put in the batteries. Unfortunately, there's no display but the unit lasts for 10 years. The ones with a display only last for 7 years and they cost double the amount.

    Note: This is not a combined CO and natural gas detector, which are prone to premature failure.

    I price matched it at Home Depot for $16.17 since HD was closer and they give a 10% discount on the competitor's price (NOT the price difference).
