Is that legal to sell glow sticks near Rogers Arena?

    I am a university student and I really want to make some money to pay my tuition fee. Last month I went to the OneRepublic concert and I thought it might be a good way to earn money by selling glow sticks. Is that legal to do that on the street or parking lot near the Arena?

    You need some sort of licence but people get away with shit like that all the time @ special events in Vancouver-to shut you down someone would have to make a specific complaint to the police and they'd have to be motivated to do something-not too likely.
