how do I complain？

    when kids were eating a candy, suddenly a dead fly found inside it? anybody know how to complain this? I really want to disclose this disgusting manufacture.

    I would complain to the manufacturer first...
    If not happy with their responce, then you get the media involved, such as Lynda Steele over at CTV Vancouver...
