    Hello! Beautiful region, mild weather compared to some parts of Canada. Expensive housing costs, traffic can get pretty bad at times.

    Vancouver born and raised! Love it here!

    Pros is that the weather is mild year round. It doesn't get very hot in the summer or very cold in the winter. We do get a lot of sun in the summer season from June to September.

    Cons weather wise is that from October to May, it is the rainy/cloudy season. Not too much sunshine. People not used to our rainy season may have a tough time initially as you could go several days or more without seeing the sun.
