• Doing food and farming according to Natural principles (the way Nature does it)
• Don't take from more than you give to
• Reverence for the sacred
• 'we have separated what we are from what we do...' - a huge mistake
• idea that Nature has to be 'dominated' and 'tamed' because it followed no order, was critical mistake
