For the past two months, whenever I log in I see an indicator that I have 3 Alerts (a red shield with the number 3 over Alerts in the upper right-hand corner). But when I click on it & get to my Alert Page, it reads "You do not have any alerts." Why is this happening? How can I turn this off?

Hmm, those alerts should be automatically cleared when you view them. What browser are you using?

Some quick things you can try are:
    1. Ctrl + F5
    2. Clear your cache
    3. Log Out
    4. Hover over the alerts tab and click "Show All" and "Alerts Preferences"

If none of those work, let me know and I'll take a look at the database to see if anything is off.
