Other European Delivery and Overseas Delivery in Canada

In the US, some European car makers (Volvo, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche) will offer something called overseas delivery or European delivery. They give you 2 round trip tickets and pay for your hotel to pick up your car. You can then use the car to tour Europe for up to 5 months. Once you're done, you bring it back to the dealership and they will pay for overseas shipping to your local home dealership. You basically get a free vacation to Europe for buying a car.

Sometimes it works out to be cheaper than if you just took delivery locally. Do you know if this is offered in Canada? Has anyone participated and can comment on their experience?

 

Never heard of anything like that here-and of course car prices are higher here than the USA.
