Sports, Fitness & Outdoor Living Estimation for outdoor living area?

    I would like a estimation for an outdoor living area we are planning on building. We would add a 12 by 15 flagstone elevated terrace with steps leading down to a stone patio area with a pool. The pool would be about a 20 by 14 and have a max depth of 9 feet. We would also add an outdoor stone fireplace and a medium grade outdoor kitchen. What is a range of how much this would cost? Please state your background in the field of outdoor living design.
