    Ducknapper Alert
    Where: North Lake. Central Park.
    When: Sunday Dec. 8/2013. 9 am.
    Description: Male. Asian. Slim build. 5'7" Age 20s to 30s.
    Particulars: Suspect lures ducks to nearby picnic tables with feed. Grabs duck and shoves live into backpack. Exits on foot towards Boundary.
