Anyone going to Bellingham Sept 15 the noon?

I will be at the airport at local time 12:00 noon
I am looking for someone who is also going to Bellingham,
who can take me there, I will pay for the fuel bill you may spend for me
I don't have a driver license yet so if there's no one is willing to do that
I will go catch the Bolt Bus at 2:00pm and that will take more time for me to see my girlfriend in US. T T
