The BC provincial government is giving Vancouver's Christ Church Cathedral a million dollars for their upgrades. http://globalnews.ca/news/1933249/province-gives-1-million-for-upgrade-of-historic-vancouver-church/

This also happens to be Christy Clark's church according to this article: http://blogs.vancouversun.com/2013/02/07/christy-clark-risks-discussing-religion/
Interesting how the conflict of interest was not disclosed in all the press releases about the church upgrade.

What do you think? Reasonable upgrade to a historic building or Christy Clark's government inappropriately giving $1 million tax free to her own church congregation.

What about all the schools that need to be seismically upgraded?

... of course it's a swindle, milquetoast. christy simply isn't qualified for the job of premier. she's done two terms as "premier" but wasn't elected in either of them. total election fraud. disgusting ...

Lolz, because WE REALLY REALLY NEED a stain glass bell tower for the church.
I agree to "saving" it, but I don't agree to building more to it.

Governments should not be in the business of funding religion, period.
