Automotive 000-AAA license plate series to run out in 2013: AA0-00A

    According to BCPL8s, the 000-AAA series of plates will be exhausted this year. Instead of moving a 7 digit format for cost reasons, ICBC will be using the AA0-00A format to keep it at 6 digits. No more three letter, three numbers.
