I'm in a world of mouth pain right now.

3 cankersores on the right side of my mouth:
    1. Top inside upper lip
    2. Bottom inside lower lip
    3. Bottom inside wall of the gum housing my premolar
There's also either a cankersore or a cut on my tongue.

Ran out of Oracort, know any natural remedies?

haha. no, but sometimes when the canker sores are still growing, they feel kinda good to rub my tongue repeatedly over it. same with ones on the gums...

so i've got about 4 in my mouth right now. one that's quite ulcerated, but healing on the inside of my right cheek, one that's in arrested development on the right margin of my tongue and two prepubescent twins on my lower lip fuuuuuu

Cankersores are symptoms of a viral infection. Get rid of the infection (vitamin C, plenty of fluids, plenty of rest, .....) & the sores will pass.

^Pretty sure you're thinking of cold sores, cankersores are different.
