People kept telling me this months ago but it was only in Chinese newspapers and I couldn't find an English source until now.

This happened like last year! the only "hon's" left is the one in chinatown. All the other restaurants have been bought out!

^I know the Richmond location shut down last year but I thought the other ones were still operating?

I should probably go one day, I haven't actually eaten at Hons but do buy their packaged rice rolls.

All locations are still running except for Richmond, but the Chinatown location is the only one still owned by Hon's.

I know people like this place and for that reason it should stay open. The level of chinese food is sub par and that is the reason why they are gonna shut down. If the chinese people dont like it because of poor food quality and taste then ...it will be inevitable.
