Great food! One area where they can improve on is the use of reusable or biodegradable cutlery.

The whole fake meat idea is bullshit.

I actually like the fake meat. Don't get me wrong, I think meat is awesome. I just don't tend to think "This fake meat sucks compared to real meat" when I eat it. More like "Hmm, soy prepared this way is pretty good..."

Bill is ABSOLUTELY correct. Anyone who thinks eating Vegan is healthier needs to do their research. If you eat Vegan and cook NATURAL FOODS which are NOT GMO then of course it is healthier. BUT eating GMO soy (all soy is GMO thanks to Mosanto) and then on top of that eat that soy in a highly processed form, then it is far more UNHEALTHY than eating any ordinary meat and potatoes diet. At least eating a meat and potatoes diet, you maybe be getting bad fats, but if you are eating UNPROCESSED meats, they are healthier than processed Soy.

EAT UNPROCESSED food. Don't be lazy! Cook from scratch and pay attention to where the food is grown and how. Your health will thank you,

The whole "fake meat" and vegetarianism in Asian cultures is not strictly for health reasons. It's mainly religious, spiritual and ethical. As a meat eater, I eat vegetarian Vietnamese food because it tastes good and to experience a different (sub)culture. I don't do it for health reasons.

@AnnEagle there are legitimate concerns about GMO food such as outcrossing and gene transfer but the vague claim that it is healthier than non-GMO is myth and pseudoscience. http://www.who.int/foodsafety/areas_work/food-technology/faq-genetically-modified-food/en/
