Tech Windows Live Messenger Hacked - Someone else signing in, security breach?

So I got a notice that someone else signed onto my MSN account.

Everytime this happened, I would click either:
    Sign out from <Unnamed>
Sign out from Messenger on the web

I get a text from Microsoft on my cellphone with a confirmation number indicating that someone tried to reset my password.

I quickly changed my password and checked over the security settings. Scanned my computer for malware, trojans and viruses too. Repeated all of these steps just in case.

    But it still happened! WTF?

I'm using Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8117.416), so I'm wondering if hackers have found a security vulnerability to get into other people's accounts? Especially in light of hotmail's security flaw earlier in the year letting anyone reset your password.
