    Discrimination and Hate Crime

    Know Your Legal Rights!

    • The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, part of the Constitution Act of 1982, and the Canadian Human Rights Act and Human Right Codes prohibit discrimination based on race.
    • The Canadian Human Rights Act and Human Right Codes prohibit discrimination based on race.
    • The Criminal Code of Canada protects you from acts of hate and hate propaganda.
    • If you encounter discrimination, hate or hate propaganda contact your local police office and/or community-based organization. (See “Further Resources” section)

    What is Hate Crime?

    “Hate crime refers to criminal offences that are motivated by hate towards an identifiable group. The incident may target race, national or ethnic origin, language, colour, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation or any other similar factor, such as profession or political beliefs. These types of offences are unique in that they not only affect those who may be specifically targets by the perpetrator, but they often indirectly impact entire communities.”
    Statistics Canada – Hate Crime in Canada, 2006

    Hate can be expressed through the following means: Speech, literature, graffiti, internet, posters, brochures, pamphlets, assault, property damage or property defacing.

    Violent examples of expressions of hate are:
    1. assaulting someone because of their religion
    2. assaulting someone because of the colour of their skin
    3. assaulting someone because of their sexual orientation
    4. assaulting someone because of their ethnic origin
    5. assaulting someone because of their gender
    6. desecrating a grave site
    7. defacing a place of worship

    Defining Racism

    The most common type of hate crime incidences are based on Racism.

    What is Racism?
    • Prejudice that one’s race is superior to other races.
    • Discrimination or abusive behaviour and action towards one or more races.
    • The idea that beliefs or doctrines that are different among races mean the superiority of some races.
    • A policy or a system that promotes racism.
    Intolerance of one or more races.

    Examples of Hate
    There are many ways that people experience racism or discrimination in their everyday lives. Some common examples include:
    • Vandalism of properties or symbols associated with other races such as mosques, synagogues, and grave sites.
    • Singling out an individual for greater scrutiny for no other reason other than their race in places such as shopping malls or at border crossing for reasons of safety, security, public safety.
    • Refusing to hire an individual because to their race.
    • Refusing to serve an individual in a restaurant or hotel because of their race.
    • Being called racist names or making jokes about people because of their race.
    • Racial profiling – using race as a basis of detaining or arresting an individual or subjecting them to (unwarranted) investigation

    Recognizing Racism
    Consider the following scenarios. Have you experienced something similar?
    a) A new student arrives at your school in clothing that is traditional to his/her heritage or country. Other students begin to tease, make mean comments and exclude the new student. How does this make you as a bystander/observer feel? What do you do?
    b) Your class has a supply teacher. This teacher has an accent and people start snickering and making rude comments. How does this make you feel? What do you do?
    c) You are picking up a chocolate bar at the corner shop and you hear a negative (derogatory) comment about a particular group of people (for example, a religious group, an ethnic group, etc.) How does this make you feel? What do you do?
    d) Your friend uses language that perpetuates discrimination. For example, they keep talking about stereotypical images, even when referring to themselves; ("I'm having such a 'blond' day today"). How does this make you feel? What do you do?

    Recognizing Homophobia
    The Ontario Human Rights Code provides for equal rights and opportunities and recognizes the dignity and worth of every person in Ontario. It is against the law to discriminate against someone or harass them because of their sexual orientation.
    A person cannon be treated unequally or subjected to harassment or violence because he or she is gay, lesbian, heterosexual or bisexual.
    Examples of homophobia:
    a) A gay, lesbian or transgendered person is a target of an assault.
    b) Homophobic jokes
    c) A person being treated differently because of their sexual orientation

    Reporting a Hate Incident

    Have you or someone you know experienced hate crime? It is important to report any hate based incidences directly to the police who will take the necessary steps to investigate and deal with the perpetrator/s.
    Below are some ways that you can help fight hate crime.
    1. Contact the Human Rights Commission in your area to make a complaint.
    2. Contact a Legal Aid clinic or your local community organization.
    3. Contact the police especially where there is potential for danger or violence.
    4. Report the incident with the National Anti-Racism Council of Canada who will follow up with you (if you wish) and provide you with information and advice on how to best address your situation. It does not matter how long ago it happened. Start by clicking here.

    I am calling attention to the fact that White people in ALL and ONLY White countries have been subjected to a genocide-by-force-assimilation. And please stop threatening me and other White people for courageously opposing their own genocide. We are 'stirring up race issue' in the exact same manner that Tibetans are stirring the race issue by courageously standing up and opposing the Tibetan genocide-by-force-assimilation.

    By the way, you are openly advocating the continued genocide-by-force-assimilation of All White people Mr. Maple Leaf...That is against the UN's international laws against genocide. Canada has signed these international treaties, and the punishments for doing so are very severe indeed. You sir are going against very serious and stringent international and national laws.

    Remember:

    Diversity and Multiculturalism are just codewords for White Genocide

    Racist and White Supremacist are just anti-White HATE words used by your anti-Whites who clearly want White Genocide

    Neo-nazi is just an anti-White HATE slur used to incite violent against White children.

    The question is why are White people and ONLY White people in every single White country have been subjected to massive anti-White discrimination, massive anti-White hatred, Massive anti-White violent terror, and a consistent targeting for a racial force-assimilation, ie, White Genocide??

    I'm going to include the relevant sections of the UN's Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide below for your reading. You have attempted to justify White Genocide-by-Force-Assimilation and that is considered Complicity in genocide. That is against the law.

    Article 2 of the convention defines genocide as

    ...any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

    (a) Killing members of the group;
    (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
    (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
    — Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 2[2]
    Article 3 defines the crimes that can be punished under the convention:

    (a) Genocide;
    (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
    (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
    (d) Attempt to commit genocide;
    (e) Complicity in genocide.
    — Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 3[2]

    I don't have to tolerate your vicious anti-White threats.

    And if you can't engage in an open discussion about these difficult issues without resorting to threats of violence and retribution go somewhere to another forum that allows such vicious and open expression of virulent anti-whitism and hatred.

    I'm very happy that you are a Canadian citizen, however, this doesn't detract from the fact that White people in every single White country have been subjected to a program of racial force-assimilation the breadth of which the world has never seen, This is White Genocide and an open and frank discussion of this issue has to be undertaken by all White societies so that these issues can be publicly aired. That's all I need and wish to achieve.

    I think you are quite wrong there. We are pointing out a fundamental problem facing All white people in ALL White countries, that is, an official state policy of racial force-assimilation forced upon All White people. This is White Genocide. Genocide is always wrong, and more specifically White Genocide is equally morally wrong and unjustifiable.

    ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHING?

    GENOCIDE BY ITS DEFINITION IS :

    Genocide is a denial of the right of existence of entire human groups, as homicide is the denial of the right to live of individual human beings; such denial of the right of existence shocks the conscience of mankind, …and is contrary to moral law and to the spirit and aims of the United Nations. …

    The General Assembly, therefore, affirms that genocide is a crime under international law…whether the crime is committed on religious, racial, political or any other grounds…[10]

    According to the legal definition of the word "genocide", what you are doing on this forum is a racial genocide toward non-white people -- you are denying the right of existence of non-white people in their legally permitted citizenship and residence country.

    If you do not stop doing racial genocide toward non-white people here, I am going to call police to investigate this.

    I've noticed that anti-Whites like yourself only ever justify turning White countries non-White via mass immigration & forced assimilation. You don't make excuse after excuse for turning Black countries non-Black because you're only anti-White, you only support White genocide. Anti-racist is a code word for anti-White, diversity is a code word for white genocide

    That means all non-White countries are committing genocide's because they're NOT destroying their host populations via mass immigration & forced assimilation, RIGHT? Wrong. You don't actually believe that... Your argument that White countries MUST turn their countries non-White via mass immigration & forced assimilation or it's somehow "genocide" to non-Whites is a desperate, weak and pathetic argument on your part. Try and making another excuse for White genocide, anti-White.

    why do you change your web name from time for freedom to electric??? pretend to be someone else, TIME FOR FREEDOM?

    I don't mind black country turning non black, I don't mind Asian country turning non-Asian, I don't mind white country turning non-white either, I don't base my judgement of a country by race, no matter what race you are, as long as you are not racist, you are welcome to live in any country you like. but if you are a racist, and openly commit racism and hate crime, you should live in prison, because you are against law.

    yes, racists think they have thousands of years to live, actually they only have short life time to worry about this world, after their death they will still be worried that they don't have a white hell to rest their white souls, if they have a soul.
