Samba Brazilian Steakhouse had ostrich, buffalo etc the last time I went (~5 years ago, lots of variety, downside was that it was super salty) and some higher end restaurants will feature stuff like boar form time to time. Although, I doubt any of it is truly "wild", it probably comes from a farmed source.

If you want wild, look for a specialty butcher or go hunting.
