Has anyone had an interview for the BCRTC SkyTrain Attendant job... I'm looking for some input as to what I may expect in the way of questions, and the demeanour of the interview panel.

I know they'll ask Behavioural, Scenario, and General questions, but anyone have specifics?

    Thanks!

If you are going in for the "Testing" they would have told you what to expect in the email... Mechanical Reasoning, Customer Service, Safety in the Workplace, and Spelling & Grammar... Are you going in for "Testing", or did you get an "interview"? They are two totally different things!

Seems like you went to interview stage. Please advise.

I've taken the test twice, 85%, and 90% respectively. I was called in to be interviewed after both tests, failed my first interview, but my second try is now in the reference checking stage.

I haven't done the medical yet, I think it comes after the reference check and criminal check.

Study Mechanical Reasoning as much as you can, other than that, everything else is just common sense... Good luck!

P.S. Let me know how you make out, who knows, maybe someday we will be working together ;-)!

Which 1st aid course is needed? Different training companies have different names for their courses.

As per their website... "A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions."
