I'm posting this because it's local, not because I'm going to watch . No surprise, seems like a lot of them are from West Vancouver.

I wonder if Christina Aisenstat is David Aisenstat's wife? He owns the Keg restaurant chain, Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar, The Shore Club and Ki modern japanese + bar. His dad also owned the Hy's Steakhouse chain.

Who else could they included? I believe Lululemon, Aritzia, Cactus Club, Earls, Milestones, etc. all started in Vancouver.

 

I wonder if I would be one some day in the future lolz.

 

Reiko Mackenzie's husband is Sun News Lal. He is a gangster! WTF??

 

Yes Reiko is married to Sun News Lal. I wonder when they changed their name. Sun News Lal was Bindy Johal's partner and he has many ties to the underworld. I believe his brother was murdered in a deal that went bad a few years ago.

 

Christina Aisenstat goes by Christina Kiesel (maiden name?) now - she was married to David Aisenstat but they divorced.

 

Think the ratings will be any good?

 

Given that our population consists of sixty percent Asian and south Asians, only a few remain. The koreans and chinese and indians will not be watching. The producers would have been smarter to represent our population. Also the remaining population of people love to gossip and we know way to much about the personal lives of these women and their husbands. I doubt they could survive our small town mentality.

 

Does anyone know where Ronnie Negus' husband, Russell, grew up and went to school? I went to high school with a Russell Negus. I remember him being really cute and had lots of freckles - South African background perhaps? I can't find any photos of Ronnie's husband online.

 

Russell Negus grew up in West Van and he was very cute. He is South African. I just found a website from "Beverly Hills, What are Your Neighbors Reading" that states he was arrested in 2010 for "inflicting corporal injury on his spouse/cohabitant" . . . interesting.

Searching Negus brings up several results on https://eservice.ag.gov.bc.ca/cso/index.do, but most of them are civil cases so it costs money to access them. The criminal cases he's in don't list very much detail . Someone with a lot of time to spare should search each cast member and their spouses through the Court Services Database .

Ha! Ronnie falsely accused him of that. Russell took a restraining order out on her as did his pre-teen daughter from his previous marriage. She is an insecure nut!

Ronnie should be shot. But let her get a few drinks in her first, so she won't bitch so much. What a fuggin' tool!

 

First and foremost, it's pretty disgusting to glorify alcoholism and bullying. This whole series is just sad. For God's sake, Mary Zilba has been physically battered twice so far. The relationships that existed prior to the show are clearly toxic. About the only positive thing I could find is at least Christina made an effort to get help to stand up to the bullying.

If Ronnie & Taylor are such good friends, maybe Russell Negus had better watch his back a bit, eh? Birds of a feather and all that. Weirder things have happened in this world than two alleged suicides of two guys with the same first name who's wives were friends and on "designer clothed Jerry Springer style" tv shows. At least this show has given him plenty of documentation in case he ever wants custody of children.

 

who else thinks Christina and Mia got it on with each other when Mia stayed over at Christina's place? (Last nights episode) I dunno, I think there may have been some carpet cleaning going on the way that Christina was ogling her. And Mia (she's such a...sigh...I don't know what to even categorize her as) was getting all squirmy in her seat and acting like one of those pathetic little dogs who won't leave you alone and want all your attention...just sayin
