Why & how

I'm just wondering how everyone feels about all the overdoses?
Why don't we care? And why aren't the cops putting all the people involved away for murder ?
I think if we are just going to sit around and do nothing about it there should be a testing site so ppl can test it before they sell it or take it. I live in Mission there no deaths here . I think it's because Mission is small enough that everyone knows everyone and if a bunch of ppl started to die it's bad for business.
