Arts & Culture Who likes to learn Mandarin?

    Hi I am a Mandarin Instructor and thinking of advertising my teaching. Mainly I teach people whose native language is not Mandarin. Who can suggest where to do the advertisement, which is more cost-effective? Also which population have more interests in learning Mandarin?
