The other day I stopped into White Spot for lunch and tried out their Comfort Foods Menu. (http://www.whitespot.ca/comfortfoodsdinner.htm)

I ordered their and I'm pretty disappointed with it. For me, the purpose of the lemon is to enhance the flavours but I felt that overwhelmed the butternut squash too much. I'm glad they had the bacon because it semi-balanced it out. I'd avoid this dish if you plan to try their Comfort Foods Menu out. However, I'd recommend their baked potato inspired poutine which combined the best of both worlds! It was yum.
