Vancouver Restaurant Closures (food inspection)

    I tagged along with a health inspector in Vancouver. Technically, you only need 1 person with FOODSAFE per shift and it doesn't have to be the cooks. She told me that food courts are the worst and the cleanest restaurants at the big chains like the Keg but even they have rodent problems. Due to the nature of the industry, most places will have pest problems. As long as it's not getting out of hand and they're doing damage control, it's not a big deal.
