Local Vancouver Restaurant Awards 2010

Judging from their google map of finalists and winners, the downtown area is heavily favoured. I wonder if Metro Vancouver's best restaurants are actually all centered there .

We'll be in Vancouver, BC in late February - early March. I'm looking for suggestions on must sees, and recommendations on restaurants. We're only in town for two days and hoping to make the most of it.

As far as the restaurants are concerned I'm looking for a cozy, eclectic atmosphere, great food, and a decent wine list. Again, something in the heart of town would be great. Also, any recommendations for an artisan bakery, coffee, or crepe house would be more than appreciated as well.
