Finances & Real Estate Vancouver real estate is overpriced.

I am really tired of this real estate bubble. The Beauty of Vancouver is overrated. I created the youtube video how i see the situation today:

 

For sure it is over priced! The BC government should restrict foreign ownership. That should keep the foreign buyers out and prices will drop then...

 

Yes, I agree... Vancouver real estate is overpriced but you will see that there are many realtors who are still positive, even though they are going down hill... This team of agents have been losing listings big time since a year ago... I have been watching them for a few years and they seem to have lost a lot of sales lately: http://www.realestatevancouver2010.com/...
