Upper Levels Highway Repaving

I posted last year on another forum about how the Upper Levels highway needed work.

Well there's some resurfacing going on but it's cheap shitty job that isn't going to last long just a skimpy layer of soft asphalt that will need replacing soon.

 

... maybe someone in highway maintenance read your previous post, bill barilko! any idea which company it was they hired to do the substandard paving job?

 

It doesn't matter who did the job-they are doing the job they're paid to do.
