    It's THAT time of year again: Transit Winter Service Changes take effect Dec 19.

    Note; There are major changes in the Tri Cities region in conjunction with the new Evergreen Line opening; as well as bus #135 is being converted into full #95 B-Line operation

    Over the 2 week Christmas break: Expect less service on college and university routes while school is out of session.
