Tips for online job application quizzes

    You might have encountered surveys called the Unicru personality test while applying for jobs online.

    Usually you'll have an ambiguous vague statement followed by 4 choices:
    1. Strongly Disagree
    2. Disagree
    3. Agree
    4. Strongly Agree

    Any sensible person will have mixed feelings about the majority of questions, but answering honestly will cause you to fail. You basically need to answer like a robot with black and white logic.

    Answer with ONLY Strongly Disagree or Strongly Agree, nothing in between! It shouldn't be that way but unfortunately that's how a lot of HR departments hire. You need to game the system, else the sociopaths and liars will have you beat.
